We do not accept check payments or purchase orders. If you are ordering art on behalf of your company or organization, please contact us to discuss alternative methods payment.
What is your shipping Policy?
For printed items that are ordered directly from our website, you can expect delivery in 5-7 business days.
For original Items that come from the artist, please allow 8-12 business days for your item to be delivered.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
If you received your item and find it is damaged, defective, or simply not to your liking, please contact us through our website to explain your dissatisfaction. We will make arrangements for you to return the item at no cost to you. If you are requesting a replacement of a defective item. please return the item to the artist at no cost to you, and a replacement item will be shipped. If you do not wish to have the item replaced, your money will be refunded to the credit card on which the original payment was made, less a 15% re-stocking fee.
Do you sell gift cards?
You can purchase a "virtual" gift card online. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a code in it. You will not receive a physical card. Enter the code at the time of checkout when purchasing a photographic product. If you do not spend the entire value of the gift card, the balance will remain available for your next visit to Fox and Swan Arts. Virtual Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash. If the virtual gift card is for a friend, forward the code to them, or put the friend's email address in the email field at the time of purchase.
What if I lose my virtual gift card code?
Notify Fox and Swan Arts, and we can re-send the code. You will also be reminded of your remaining balance on the gift card.
How can I find out about new works in your gallery, or if you are offering discounts?
To receive email updates about upcoming additions to the gallery, or to learn about seasonal discounts and offers, please opt in to receive our periodic newsletter.
Do you accept custom requests?
If you have a custom photo request, such as a size or print format other than what you see on the website, please contact us to tell us your request, and we will try to accommodate. If you are looking for an image of a specific animal, say, and you don't see that animal in our collection, please email us to ask if we have such an image "in the warehouse". We are always glad to hear your feedback and requests.
Do you put your photos on mugs, notebooks, mousepads, or other items?
With the exception of greeting cards, as a rule we do not produce items such as mugs, notebooks, mousepads, etc. If you have a special request, contact us through the website to discuss your request, and perhaps we can accommodate.
